Madder Roses

If you love great spaces and haven't yet been to the NYPL Rose Reading Room, stop reading this stupid blog right now and get your ass over there.

And Car Song by Madder Rose would be a great song to listen to while you're there. With headphones, of course.

one of the many great architectual wonders that have managed to survive the glass and steel crap that most buildings are made out of these days. while they don't have wi-fi there, (pack a cat5 patch cable) its hard not to look up at the ceiling and wonder or dream about something else. a great place to read, sleep, or just watch people.

Looks like an amazing room -- and huge, too. But I saw the title and thought of Ryan Adams' album Cold Roses. Maybe it's just me.
